Another great treatment with Emma. She is such a professional and always makes me feel so at ease during my wax appointments. Emma is by far the best wax therapist I have ever visited. Minimal pain and discomfort has made me return time after time. I was really happy to see the changes she's made in light of the Covid-19 restrictions. We both wore a mask, she wore clean gloves and had removable covers on the floor and bed, she provided a wipe clean box for my belongings and also provides hand washing facilities. It all felt very clean and I felt totally safe.

Emma is amazing and consistent. No matter when i go see her, or how short my hair is, she always does a fantastic job and is so lovely too. My standards are pretty high, and over the years with other therapists I’ve had to go back after a treatment to complain or have something redone as it was so badly executed, but never even the slightest bit of disappointment with Emma and I’ve been seeing her for a year now!

Intimate waxing is never the most comfortable experience but Emma couldn’t have made me feel more relaxed. She was very efficient, friendly and professional throughout. I was so impressed I came back for a facial the next day and I left armed with loads of knowledge and advice to help with my breakouts and a list of products (that weren’t stupidly expensive) that I could use at home. I cannot more highly recommend her. The treatment room is a small room so if your not good with small spaces this might not be for you but in terms of convenience (free parking outside) and value for money its a great find.
